Troubleshooting in emergency for AgOpenGPS (AOG) and Centipede users.

Remote diagnosis and intervention on equipment, AgOpenGPS software and Centipede RTK bases

Process

  1. Request to the TELEGRAM Apuso Community
    (cusotmers and partners only)

  2. Sending an email form

  3. Receiving the payment link for support / Paying the fare

  4. Call by WHATSAPP Audio and Video (within 1 hour)

Prerequisites:

  • Area covered in 4G or 5G,

  • Smartphone equipped with the WHATSAPP application

  • User person as contact person

  • Payment prior to taking charge

Our commitment:

  • Callback within 1 hour upon receipt of the form

  • Remote intervention only

  • Simple obligation of means
